I took my Dodge 3500 to this location for a new windshield, oil change and a seat motor repair. I was quoted fair prices for the oil change and windshield but they wanted $1200 for the seat motor. Said "The entire seat bracket & motor assembly need to be replaced and the parts are discontinued. My truck is a 2009 so maybe they are discontinued but seems odd its not that old. I agreed to have them fix the windshield and oil change but did not want the seat fixed. I took the truck to a body shop and asked them to quote the seat repairs. I explained the Dodge dealer said "You must replace the entire assembly" and he pulled up dodge parts for the entire assembly. It was only $600 for the parts! It gets better... he then asked if he could pull my truck into the shop and have a technician look at it. 20 minutes later he walked in and said $47.00! They fixed my seat for 47 DOLLARS! It needed NO parts but simply adjusting! This dealership is DISHONEST and SHADEY in their practices! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!!!!
