Absolutely terrible experience firstly they wrote
Of my vehicle then the lied about the fact then they attempted to remedy this situation by carying out a further estimate. Only to refer it back to my insurance co. Even though they had been notified to return vehicle back to me by myself. Then telling me in order to resolve this matter I have to speak to my insurance underwriter. I have just spoken to my underwriters and they have informed me that they told 4th dimension that there is no claim being handled by them on my behalf. And they should have resolved this by returning my vehicle earlier.
They don t even deserve one star but unfortunately I can t score them less
