I have been taking my 2006 Scion xB to Big O Dodge...

I have been taking my 2006 Scion xB to Big O Dodge for the past nine years, per 3k-5k miles, tune-up, tires, belts, etc. Every time I am more than satisfied with the service I have received.

I recently took it to get the usual oil change and 29 Point Inspection. In addition, I had concerns with a delayed start when cranking the car. The Service Advisor I spoke with was knowledgeable about the various reasons that could be causing it and enthusiastic about solving the issue. Since my car was serviced, the delayed crank ceased and my car runs smoother than it did prior to the recent check-up.

My car is now at +123K miles. There is nowhere else I could take it and have the assurance of superior service that I do with Big O. When I call to make appointments, the ladies on the phone are always friendly and professional. The Service Advisors pay attention to my concerns and provide solutions. The Service Mechanics are familar with my car and continue to take great care of it.

On top of all that, it IS a family operation and the culture of family carries throughout to the body of employees. They take care of their employees and their employees take care of their customers. That is the kind of place where I want to take my business, and that is where I will continue to do so.
