At first I was not impressed with the customer service but I realized it was not Jeff who I was corresponding with it was a female. When I spoke with Jeff directly I was able to get the answers I needed. Jeff is the only person that was able to resolve my computer problem. I had irreplaceable pictures that no other company was able to retrieve from my hard drive. Jeff was the only person I have found that was able to get them for me! Thanks Jeff!
