We've been here a handful of times. 3/5 times, the service and food have been acceptable. 2/5 times - once made my daughter cry and once they forgot an entire section of my order.
One of the servers told us/daughter that, if she ate her food without opening her toy (book), she could take it to the counter and they'd give her an ice cream. The way it was described was as though she showed her book was still in the plastic and she got an ice cream. The reality was they took her book to give her the ice cream. While she was happy for the dessert, she came back to the table in tears saying she rather have her book. It felt like deception and we were not happy at the actual process not being fully explained so we could give her the choice.
The next time reminded me again of the importance on inconveniencing the people behind me trying to get their suppers so that I can ensure my and my family's supper was all present and accounted for. This shouldn't need to happen, but alas! it does.
