The service at this hotel is awful. My daughter stayed here one night with her church youth group. She accidentally left a special stuffed animal in the room and was very upset when she returned home. I immediately called and was told someone would call me the next day. Nobody called, so I called again. Again I was told someone would call and nobody did. I called again and asked for the manager... got his voicemail, left a detailed message. Finally next day housekeeping called and they don't have it. I am so furious. It was in the room on the bed..How was it not found???!!! If they would have helped me the first day I called maybe someone would have known where it was. The housekeeping supervisor who called me was also very rude and could have cared less about my problem. It should not have taken 4 days to get a response.
