I raved about gold medal the first time they came out to unclog my drain based on their special 5 year warranty service as advertised for $93. But now the same drain is clogged again, called them for service and now they're saying it is not under warranty. I asked why, they said the technician wrote on the bill not on the warranty which I did not see. I was just going based on their advertisement not a good way to retain an existing customer. Now they want to charge me close to $493 to come out a second time for the same drain. I was still under the 5 year warranty. I told so many people any issues call gold medal. Now I see why people have been writing bad reviews. I never wrote a review before about any company but this morning I had to because their customer service skills are lacking.
