Awful Customer Service

My personal experience of HolidayCottages.co.uk as a booking agent/property management company was awful. It is clearly evident by their actions, that they do not act in the best interests of either the property owners, or their customers. My advice is to avoid booking any property that is managed by them, whether it is booked directly, or with Airbnb, or with Booking.com. The properties are fine, but not the managing company.
