This is review on service not sales. Car horn didn't work, so we took it to the dealer by thinking it could be covered by warranty. They checked it with specific item "Fuse checked", and said they couldn't figure it out and if we want to investigate more it will be another hour of labor. They also pointed it may be related to the accident my husband had few months ago and charged him $140 for diagnostic. He went back to collision center and they looked and discovered the fuse was missing. Put new fuse and everything is working. He went back to Toyota, just to be told the fuse was there and they didn't want to do any refund. I think it is pretty unprofessional not to be able to find this easy problem. I could do it on my driveway.
Should we do anything about this? Call Toyota? Write reviews everywhere?
