On Thursday July 20th we check in because we came to Orlando to see our hometown soccer team which it was staying in the same place and thats why we book here. The first room they gave us it was the wrong that we book. We booked two beds and they give us one bed. We came down and they told us am sorry we will change the room but room is getting clean. 10 minutes later they said room is ready. We when up again with our bags and my kids wanted to walk in to the room first, ones they walk into the room they came right out and said the room smells ready bad, my wife and I walked in and room smells like weed. Somebody was smoking weed in the room. I don't know how they clean it. Also when the players for out team arrived they were really rude with my kids. Apparently one guy came out and start screaming no pictures or autographs, he looks like he was the cleaning manager not the security guy. You guys will get thrown out if you ask for a autograph one more time. I will never stay in this hotel again.
