I've been involved with the Chamber for over 9 years. The staff is very involved with the members who represent both large and small companies. It's a great place to network with other business leaders throughout the Silver Spring Community. Downtown Silver Spring has lots of garage parking (still free on weekends), wide variety of places to eat, cultural venues including movies, plays, music, comedy, etc. Something for everyone.
