I experienced Donna DeStefano as my property manager for a little over 5 years from 2012 to 2017. And she was AMAZING. Very professional, knowledgeable, experienced and resourceful. I learned a whole lot from her, this being my first time as a Landlord. She helped with collecting rent, repairs from licensed h insured companies and she herself knows her stuff about how a house works. Not just relying in a "man" to do the work. For this and so many reasons, I will give her 5 STARS. We had built a relationship over the years, so she's def someone I respect in many ways. Hopefully, your property is in an area where she can help manage and make things a lot less stressful. Thanks so much Donna.
