I ordered a bag online. Came in, in a timely manner and was packaged well. Was really cute, just not exactly what I was expecting. I emailed US Sherpa and they gave me the option to mail it back and put a note in it with my receipt for the one I wanted to exchange it for or just stop in. Tbe exchange was easy as pie. Love my new bag. Is really sturdy but still cute.
