My wife and I was traveling back from an important meeting with her lawyers when our driver side tire blew out. I thought I had a spare and was going to change the tire, I did not have the spare tire with me so I called in to roadside assistance. The representative that I spoke to was very polite and professional. She ensured me that she was going to get some help to tow my vehicle and she even help me find a repair location in the area. When I received my text message letting me know which service provider was on the way, it said 45 minutes.
