If I could give them negative stars I would.

If I could give them negative stars I would.

To begin, they send different nurses to the house and not one has followed up with the other one or bothered to compare notes. You have to constantly give them medication updates and repeat any issues going on. When someone is dying, please don t make them go over the medication list over 10 times to 10 different staff members and ask the same questions over and over because no one has taken the time to follow up with each other.
We frequently ran out of medication, medication refills were late, we were told medication was called in and it wasn t, medication was refilled at the wrong pharmacy etc.
They did NOT take my family member s pain seriously. They were too parsimonious with the pain medication. My family member suffered tremendously due to lack of adequate pain relief.
Hospice didn t fulfill any of the promises they made via the initial caseworker. I felt no one really cared. No one went out of their way to do anything above the minimum. In the end, she was just a number, another passing patient. I m sure Hospice will write an overly earnest response to this review. DON T. I have had enough of you. You are liars. You failed us.
