This is a well-appointed building with management that takes pains to hire staff who make your stay a truly pleasant experience.

We've lived on the Melbourne One property on 618 Lonsdale Street for almost a year. It's both well-located and efficiently maintained. Most of all it's got fantastic staff on the concierge. Lisa, in particular, makes Melbourne One a wonderful place to come back to each day. Lisa really knows hospitality. She's both highly professional and personally warm and sincere. Always proactive about offering help and exceedingly patient and professional communicating with anyone coming through the building, you can tell she takes pride in doing an excellent job every day. My two boys Cohen and Liam love Lisa and look out every day for whether she's on duty!
