Overall the experience was okay, my advise is: DO NOT BUY the added protection they sell. They make it sound like you really need it and without protection everything bad will happen to your car.
I did the mistake, bought one of the protection plans (The Conicelli Protection Plan) which they sell for above $1000, covers the cosmetic damage. I have a claim with them for 3 months (and counting) about cosmetic damage to the rims. No resolution at all.
