I have been a Carmel customer since I moved to New York over 20 years ago. I have always found them to be courteous, almost always on time if not early. Their cars are comfortable and clean. During this pandemic, their drivers are careful to wear masks and allow you to put your luggage in the trunk if you wish so that no one but you touches your things. As someone who uses a walker, I am grateful that the driver is also always happy to put my walker in the trunk for me since I'm not sure I could manage myself. This is my review but Carmel has offered to give me a $10 credit.
