VERY dishonest company. I purchased a bike from DERO 7/11/2017 and they sent me verification of payment via email, invoice, and receipt of payment on 7/12/2017. In 3/2019 Playcore said the payment didn't go through and they bought DERO, although I had 3 forms of verification from DERO. Playcore sent the transaction to a credit collection agency and bully me into paying twice for the same bike. They charged me 2x for the same item.

I am posting this publicly so others can be aware of what to expect working with them. I felt this was an alternative to proceeding with legal action simply based on allocation of my time. I do feel they are an aggressive and dishonest company that has charged me 2x for one purchase. I will never purchase another item from them again.
