Service is good but they will rip you off. Booked ...

Service is good but they will rip you off. Booked a family room and paid extra for full view of the ocean ie $300 but they gave me the standard family room. When I showed them what I received against what I paid they just laughed and shrugged. I guess Holiday Inn is the place for me next time.
