Recently was my second visit with Erika at West End Salon and my fourth visit at West End. The owner has been very friendly and accommodating.
Erika has done a wonderful job and she is is a good example of what customer service is all about! My hair had some breakage and Erika took the time to talk with me about how to repair my hair and she offered ideas and suggestions how to get my hair healthier! She even took my hair and twisted it up looking for damaged ends to trim! It is very apparent that making the customer happy is her priority. She did not rush and she is always very friendly and personable!! I highly recommend her!
