A real, live, friendly Ohioan called back regarding a voicemail I left, helped me make a warranty claim on one of their Jacuzzi products. No hassle, no fuss, no scripted nonsense or hold time. Had a replacement shipping to me in under five minutes (and most of that was frittered away by me looking up the serial #). Thank you for standing by your brand.
