Service from m .... We were taken over a week with...

Service from m .... We were taken over a week without an Interac machine and no one to fix the problem. And even less so in French. Nobody offered us a solution. No superior to whom we were able to speak. When after losing several $$$ and lost many calls waiting hours online, the company wants to charge us $ 600 to cancel our contract.
