The view is incredible, that is if you can make your way through the crowd. No reservation needed which means they have no control over the crowd. Plus all the lines and disorganization made us feel like cattle being led. Not kid friendly, not stroller friendly and not wheelchair friendly due to the crowd. They should learn a few things from Top of the Rock....
