We had a 5 star experience with Martin when choosing the engagement ring and going back to get our wedding rings. We hadn't made an appointment but he still took the time to see us and when my fiance described the type of rings she liked he was instantly able to show us a setting that she loved. He then picked out a diamond on a trip to Antwerp and had the ring ready the following weekend. The wedding ring experience was even easier. He knew the perfect ring to match the engagement ring. I have never worn jewellery and didn't know what I was looking for but he was able to show me a few rings that would suit me and we were done in about 10 minutes leaving with 2 rings we wouldn't change for anything.
