It is our last night here and overall has been very enjoyable! Jeremy from the front desk was our first person to talk to after being in the car for 16 hours straight and he was the guy we needed! What a terrific welcome he gave us! Then Daniel from the concierge continued to wow us! The room was super clean and the pools were fantastic! That being said, we just had such a bad experience to end our trip about a half hour ago. We are huge travelers and are lucky to have stayed at many lovely resorts. We had planned on bingo all week since it was on the schedule and every resort that has it makes it so much fun. We even left downtown early to make it on time. When I asked about it since no employee was by the pool, Selena said there wasn t really anyone there.?I explained that our family of 4 was there and another family of 4 and the pool was full of people who I am sure were waiting for her. She came about 5 minutes later and I saw a little girl come ask her if she was doing bingo and she said no, but you can come get a prize.? She then saw my two disappointed kids and offered them the same, so we waited for these prizes which never came. About 10 minutes later my kids followed the other family to try to find Selena who was supposed to be bringing prizes. They found her with the door closed eating pizza. Selena is an activities preventer, rather than activities promoter! Wow- one word- lazy! Hopefully she can be replaced by someone who can turn this activities program around because otherwise we have had a really good time.
