Web site was easy to use and user friendly. Parts ordered and got notice to be delivered in 2 days FED-X. 2 days later 1/2 order came. Brake pads. They were wrapped in a rag and placed in the box. ( ARE THEY USED, OR BOUGHT PREVIOUSLY AND RETURNED?))
With a note stating other 1/2 to be delivered in 4 days. ( the rotors) VERY BAD FIRST IMPRESSION.. WILL SERIOUSLY CONSIDER SOMEPLACE A LOT MORE PROFESSIONAL NEXT TIME
