not happy that you can't speak with a sales person...

not happy that you can't speak with a sales person on an order that you placed and may have issues before it ships out..this is the worst customer service ever ...HOWEVER WITHING 10 SECONDS OF PLACING MY ORDER
THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD....how convenient for them
..they watch out for themselves FIRST and the customer...eh...
ordering from elsewhere in the FUTURE,,,what a place....I checked the BBB for Rock Auto and they suck out nearly 350 complaints
