We made our reservation 3 weeks ago. This was a special 2 day vacation for my son's 16th birthday. Arrived at 11:30 and we were told our room was not ready. We were told to come back in an hour. We came back to the Crowne Plaza 1:00. Guess what room is still not ready. We told told to park and have our backs tacken by the porter. We have waited so long our luggage was put in a locked closet. We are still sitting in the lobby at 1:36. No one seems concerned about the guests, who keep asking we're is our room?

I will say this the luguage porter, conceirge is amazing. He brought us a water because we have been hereso long. It is now 1:40. We are still sitting in the lobby. Having a very unhappy birthday.
