Klingman s was recommended as a furniture company with great products and customer service. Our experience found this to be true. We made modest purchases over the past year and each was positive. Channa Jeltema-Lambert was our sales sales representative and terrific to work with in areas that matter: high level of customer service, design and product knowledge, good advice and counsel, and understanding of my objectives. I made a brief mention of a problem I had given up solving. Channa asked a number of questions and provided options I didn t know existed and the problem was solved. My observations indicate that these characteristics are likely consistent across the Klingman s staff.

The layout of the store includes many small settings with furniture, rugs, lighting, pillows and other accessories. As someone who is design challenged seeing a product in a more real setting was helpful. Klingman s has a broad inventory and access to the broader market. All logistics were flawlessly handled. Although each purchase was modest, Channa went beyond expectations to ensure the selected product was right for our home.
