Awful management! !!! They have Century Towing contracted and they tow not only visitor's cars in the middle of the night by RESIDENTS too!!! Over $200 I had to pay after paying rent to get my car out that was WRONGFULLY TOWED. Management on site (Linda) and management off site at PEAK PROPERTIES: Daniella Suiugan, David Maier and Oscar Luna are ALL USELESS and incompetent . They fail to return calls as well as keep residents in a confused state about the parking there. Maintenance does absolutely nothing as there was a container of food sitting in my hallway for over a week!! The cute apartment INSIDE is what got me here, not to mention on site management seemed cooperative and friendly upon my arrival. Now I'm here and it is as though I were harassing them!! Stay away at all costs! I for one will be moving ASAP.
