We recently had two transactions with Tomie Raines BHHS. I was selling a house in East Lansing which went extremely well. It was on the market for awhile but we were not in a hurry to sell and ultimately got more than we expected to sell it for when we started this entire process. By using a Tomie Raines agent I probably ended up with 10% more in my pocket at the end of the deal than I initially expected even after all the fees and costs. I used the same agent Lisa Fletcher to purchase my new home. We looked at a lot of homes and put in a handful of offers during the process. Took awhile but we found the right home for us at the right price and couldn't be happier with how it all went.
