I interacted with Mark Crow while searching nationwide for a VW Atlas. Of all the dealerships I dealt with, Mark Crow at Crestmont was the friendliest, most responsive, and the least pushiest and harassing. It was a pleasure to deal and communicate with Mark and no pressure or tactics were applied by him. I wish the same could be said of other dealerships. In the end I found a car more to my liking elsewhere, but I wish all dealership personnel were like Mark. Thank you!
