KURT KELLUM the A1 Technician was very professional and curious!! We have lower and upper HVAC units and Kurt provide service to both, Kurt was honest and upfront with his recommendations and did not push the matter with an absolute you must do this and you have to do that. Kurt gave recommendations as to what we were doing wrong vs what we were doing right for ultimate Heat and AC conservation and efficiency.
