The pizza tastes good, but is very unhappy with the service. Ordered pizza at a certain time which was totally ok according to them, the pizza did not come so we called to ask where it got off after about 25 min and then we were told that they could not arrive until an hour later than what we had ordered.

Never experienced that you can just change the ordering point of a customer without clarifying with the customer first! Shame you ask me.
