Lucky I m giving 4 stars after the service I first recived. I delt with the service dept on 10/20 and delt with Brad! Must say he plays you very well. He seemed legit. I took my armada in for some hesitation issues and check engine light. They ran the dygnostics test which I was told would be about an hr. Turns out I sat there for almost 3hrs until he finally came to explain. Told me I needed cadlick converters and the rough price was 1500. He wanted to look into it further told me he d price it out and give me a call sat morning. That if I wanted it done it could be done sat. Turns out sat was his day off recived no phone call or anything so I called. Mind you I was visiting in town and live 4hrs away and needed to get home. Voicemail first call second call hung up on third I finally talked to Seth another servicemen who was terrific. He listened to my issue and tryed to get the service manager on the phone for me. But service manager was handling another issue. So Seth explained everything and told me they didn t have the parts and it wouldn t be till mon-tues. so I went and picked my car up and spoke to the service manager who listened and took my questions and explained it be about 3000 and gave me some tips on what to do. So another words AVOID BRAD and find SETH or another service tech. Brads a lier who likes to act like the cool guy which his jokes are lame and come to find out no ones a fan . Other then that Seth and the sales manager sorry I can t remember his name are wonderful and will help you out.
