I recently switched to Pagerduty for incident management and I couldn't be happier. The platform is user-friendly and the customer support team is always quick to respond and provide assistance. The emoji feature makes it even more enjoyable to use. I'm glad I made the switch and highly recommend Pagerduty to others.
