Half of the troupe didn't even show up (so they admitted themselves) and they pulled a man from the audience to be the host. This wasn't a joke, he was stoned out of his mind and all he could say, over and over into the microphone, was "they promised me $10 if I came up here." None of the comics were prepared, an elementary school play would have been more rehearsed than this. At one point the comics gave up, and started taking selfies with each other and exclaimed their boredom with the performance and the audience.

When it was finally over, I expressed my horror and disappointment to the manager in his office and politely asked to be refunded. He informed me that there was nothing he could do to ensure the comics would be professional, as they did not come from Second City. No where on the site or ticket do they disclose this information, and you would think if you're going to Second City at a prime 8pm slot, you're getting a Second City troupe. So you never know what you're going to get...? He said we came in on a "bad night" but could not refund my family and I. As I was headed out of his office, most of the audience was outside waiting to express their disappointment as well.

The most unprofessional, cringe worthy experience me and my family and friends have ever seen. Save your time and go to UCB or Groundlings for actual comedy and a really good time.

TL,DR: This is not even worth $10 and I want my hour back.
