I would have given it 5 stars but the stylist didn't finish doing my hair even after we were there 45 minutes after closing. Mgmt wanted me to come back to finish a job I had already done on my own. Instead $30 credit was offered for my next service there but the place isn't so handicapped friendly. I have yet to make a new appointment to use this credit and since the stylist used 2 boxes of dye in my hair it's still appearing on me every time I wash my hair. Well over a year later and I still never received a credit or follow up call about the bad service I received. I'd only go back if Janelle could help me. Never let a new stylist work on you there.
