2 months after last hearing anything (August 2017)...

2 months after last hearing anything (August 2017) I was told my case file "may have been lost". When I do occasionally get through on the phone since October, I'm told to "email for an urgent update" by an utterly indifferent member of staff. Emails have yielded nothing since October and even formal complaints to the Court Manager made in mid-December have met with silence. I appreciate the Court Service has been cut but it seems that there is no Service whatsoever from the Court. I issued proceedings because I have a dispute with someone, not because I wanted another and certainly not because I wanted to pay for the privilege. I'm so utterly frustrated I'm left writing Google reviews because I can't do anything else. Would rate several stars lower if I could.
