After 20 minutes of waiting, I had a young woman on the phone. Not knowing what to answer to a file that must have seemed too complex ... she just hung up on me! I waited until she reminded me since you have my cell phone .... nothing!
What a shame the misconduct of this person and what disrespect in the treatment of your insured !!!
