I absolutely see why Sears is closing at first it was a sad thing because when I was a child Sears was a respectable place to shop now it is a complete dump I have been battling with Sears since the Fourth of July 4 2018 it took hours to get help placing the orders on the phone with the shop my way line they kept transfer me to the wrong Department nothing but people that you could not understand the words that they were speaking because of the foreign accent and so finally I bought a thousand dollars worth of new lawn equipment online I go to the store the things were cheaper in the store so I had to cancel some things and replace it with the things in store I bought a gas trimmer UPS delivered it damaged look like a dog had got to the Box Sears will not send out a return shipment label I had ordered a replacement that was damaged as well because ups thew it over 6-foot gate on concrete it is an electrical item Sears said look in the box is it damaged I looked in the box and it was completely damaged they keep giving me confirmation numbers I'm starting to get bills for these products they will not come and get them they won't email me a print out shipping label I cannot take them back to the store because I bought it online they said that the problem would be settled on July 19th and July the 20th today is July the 22nd I haven't heard a word from Sears and I cannot get this garbage out of my house this store is absolute trash.. and now I am starting to get Bill in the mail for this garbage I absolutely hate this store,
