The older woman running the place . Is very rude and disrespectful to people, Very rough handling of the pets. The place was so dirty and it smelled awful. And then she started bashing a local vet that has been at Vet. for 50+ years which is a wonderful vet . So I decided that I was going to take my pets back because I didn t like how she was being so rude and disrespectful and rough handling of the pets, She refuse to let me have them back. So I contact my attorney then she let me have them back but I still had to pay her for a one night of boarding.. It s a very good program, So a lot of pets are suffering because of this woman s running this place she should be forced into retirement and let somebody else take over Who is able to run the place in a very respectful way. Oh and by the way my cats was covered in flees when I got them back. Plus I was getting bit on my ankles that place is ridden with fleas I would never use that place as a boarding kennel
