This is a review by Jane Patterson. I surprised my husband with a 2015 BMW 328 Xi - a great experience thanks to Carmax and my amazing associate Praveen. Carmax's website made it easy for me to find cars I was interested in and Praveen arranged transferring cars to the Dulles location so I could compare and test drive with no pressure. Praveen, and also CarMax staff KeeKee and Amanda, assisted me in keeping the car a surprise by helping me arrange the finances and make the pick up at a time convenient for me. My husband was thrilled with the car!!
