Cathay Pacific is a great airline, but they need to find a way to control the crowd at the gate. I was on the nonstop 16 hour flight to HK. The entrance to the gate was jam packed and passengers traveling in economy tried to board through the business class gate. The Cathay staff did all they could, but the airport groundstaff were not cooperative. It took the ground staff 45 mins to board the wheelchair passenger. The day I was in the airport there was a huge snow storm and there was 8 inches of snow on the ground.
