I sold my period property in Bow through Look Property, which had been in my family for generations. Martyn was by far the most helpful person throughout the process; he was also aware of the conservation planning guidelines locally and introduced me to a architect who obtained planning consent for a mansard roof extension and another floor at the rear of my property. Martyn and his team then marketed the property securing a significantly higher value because of the consented plans. I am grateful to Martyn and Steve for their care and attention before, during and after the sale. There were numerous challenges along the way however each one was dealt with the minimum amount of fuss. A big thank you to Look Property.
