Took my friend to the er as she was having complications after a major surgery she had just a few days before as she was instructed by her doctor who is employed by your company. She was taken back to a room but after a long wait a nurse finally came to insert an I've without even telling her name then left. After at least an hour people came to give x-rays then after around an hour further doctor came in who was very nice he stated a nurse would be right in to finish up after around an 45 min wait I went to the nurse station filled with around 6 nurses to see what was going on. I was informed by a nurse named Leslie female with blonde hair that their were several other people being seen and I'd have to wait I reiterated to her that our doc said a nurse would be right in. She proceeded to kick her feet up with an attitude. She asked me who was the nurse I did not know as know nurse even introduced themselves when coming in the room. She asked who the doctor was... I did not know I said she could look at the screen she was looking at to see then I asked to speak to a Manger. She paged her Manger and in front of me said " i have a disgruntled family member her that wants to talk to you, take your time" what made me really upset about this was not that the nurse wanted to play games with me, but that she was ok with extending our visit while my friend sat in the room in pain still recovering from her surgery. Even after this interaction I waited I the room maybe 10 fifteen minutes. My friend decided she had enough and was ready to go. She pulled her owe I've out and we left. When asking to be let out of the error area then we were approached by he'd nurse seeing what was going on. The rude nurse Leslie continued in the background as we told the charge nurse our issues calling us liars and other things having never interacted with my friend who was being seen. I was disturbed by this because not only was my friend being charged over 800 for this visit we left feeling like we wasted our time.
