Very disappointed with honda. I used to have a Toyota and I used to love to take my car to the dealer for any reason. And always had a excelent service.
Honda for me is the complete opposite. I went one day and I told myself I wont come back anymore. Then my car had a recall on air bags, I went just to confirm that I definitely dont want to come back anymore. I was there for several hours, waiting, nobody told me my car was ready I just saw it park outside of the waiting room and I went and ask, and yes was "ready"
Picked up my keys and when I was leaving....1st they suppost to carwash my car....they didnt. 2nd after several hours of waiting, I found that my car had a red light on, and my car was fine before. I had to leave that day, but I call to let them know of the service they did and that something was wrong because of the red light.....and they didnt answer, left a message and they never return the phone call.
Finally a few days later took my car again, just for them to fix what they did wrong....at the end they admit they did a mistake on fixing my car......but they told me that my car had something else wrong and if I deside to fix it will be around $500 and up.........what??? My car was fine...before I took it for that recall on air bags. Now 2 days later, I park my car for about 4 hours and when I try to turn it on, it wont turn on, didnt had that problem before.... I had to ask somebody to used they're cables to transfer power to my car....
All I know ....my car was fine before I went to the dealer. And definitely I wont come back any more.
Very disappointed .
