Love USAA but this location won t let you deposit ...

Love USAA but this location won t let you deposit change with tellers? I waited in line rather than using the ATM for 1hr & 20min in line because I had cash and change but the lady wouldn t accept my coins... I called and USAA said that they do in fact accept change the way I was trying to deposit it...
