We have used other real estate agents in the past, but we were never really satisfied with the work they were doing. We were recommended to Garry from my cousin, and we had some expectation that Garry would be a great real estate agent. After going through the process, he has the ability to make you feel comfortable with his calm and knowledgeable understanding of the process. Never once did we feel he was rushing or pressuring us into a purchase. Throughout the process, he was very involved and transparent making it smooth and easy for us. From the beginning to the end, we never felt any angst or stress, because Garry was working extra hard behind scenes to accommodate our needs. The house we purchased had the dishwasher that was broken and required replacing, and Garry went out of his way to let us know that he found a dishwasher that was on sale. After working with Garry, I could never work with other real estate agents knowing what he brings to the table. The best experience we have ever had purchasing a home.
